You've been holding it together for so long. This is your invitation to finally put it down - and come home to yourself.
Through somatic-informed coaching and holistic practice, we work with your body, your patterns, and your story - not against them. This isn't about fixing you. It's about returning to the version of yourself that was always there.
Elara West is a certified holistic wellness coach and somatic practitioner based in British Columbia, working with women across the world who are ready to stop performing wellness and start living it. With over a decade of experience in body-based healing and transformational coaching, Elara brings warmth, depth, and radical honesty to every session.
She holds advanced training in somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed coaching, and has guided hundreds of women through burnout, life transitions, relationship wounds, and the quiet grief of losing themselves along the way.
Elara is the creator of The Tender Work - a philosophy and practice built on the belief that the most important thing you'll ever do is learn to know yourself, and the most courageous thing is to stay.
This is your space - unhurried, unfiltered, and entirely yours. Together we'll move through what's keeping you stuck, reconnect with your body's wisdom, and build a life that actually feels like you. Every session is woven around your unique story and your becoming.
Your body has been keeping score long before your mind caught up. Somatic sessions invite you to slow down, tune in, and listen to what's been held in the tissue, the breath, the quiet tension you've learned to ignore. This is healing that goes beneath the surface.
There is something that happens when women gather with intention. In The Tender Work circles, you'll find yourself in the company of others who understand - not perfectly, but deeply. Community as medicine. Witness as healing.
The Tender Work was born from a simple but radical belief: that real transformation isn't loud. It's quiet, cumulative, and deeply personal. It happens in the pauses - in the breath before the boundary, the moment before the old pattern kicks in, the morning you wake up and feel, for the first time, like enough.
Nervous system regulation and somatic healing. Women navigating burnout, identity shifts, and life transitions. Healing the wound of never feeling like enough. Rediscovering self-trust after loss, heartbreak, or years of putting everyone else first.
Depth over performance. Presence over productivity. Truth told gently but without flinching. I believe healing happens in relationship - with yourself first, then with everything else.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all healing. My work draws from somatic therapy, attachment theory, mindfulness, and the wisdom your own body already holds. We go at your pace. We follow what's alive.
Five gentle practices for the woman who knows something needs to change but doesn't know where to begin. No overwhelm. No pressure. Just a quiet starting point - straight to your inbox.
